Sometimes there are people doing some weird type of yoga/fitness thing in the park across the street directly across from my window.  I live on the second floor, and to get to the park from the street you have to go up a big hill, so the park is level with my window and the people there think they're all private.  But really I can stand in my dining room window and drink soda and watch them wiggle around on the ground acting like fish.

Here is a picture of them.

In wintery news: I think it just snowed here for the first time in months.

EDIT: Wait its still snowing.

Snow day at NYU! The ONLY good thing about winter (sorry, I know I'm in the wrong thread for winter hate). Now I can finally get some reading done and catch up on the sleep my insomnia cruelly robbed me of last night. Woo!

I'm a law student.

Edited to add: It sucks big time and I hate it but it probably sucks less at NYU than it would at many other places, based on my visits to other law schools. No offense intended to the other law students here on the board; NYU just meshes with my personality pretty well. Very public service-oriented, etc.

There's a weenie guy trying to get his Jetta out of the snow using an ice scraper.  He's so bad at snow, it's almost offensive to me.

As usual, I'm one of two people here.  And I only even came in at all due to having to pick up a rental amp a few blocks away in a few hours.  Right now I'm pretty much wishing that my ride could just show up now and we could get it over with.  As it is, yet another day is entirely wasted and I won't be able to get anything done or do anything enjoyable once I get home.

You got snow again?  It was cold here today, and rainy, but no snow.

Snowed like crazy today, but it was wet snow. That didn't keep it from sticking.

This year's edition of winter is fast approaching. Honestly, the thing I'm dreading most is not having our Sandlot-style Sunday afternoon baseball games for a few months. If I lose my mind completely, just bear with me until mid-March.
