I love that Larry can't understand why people don't want to chew the ball, too. That's so cute.
Dave, I had a dog who used to throw the ball for herself. It was funny. She would throw it up in the air as high as she could, let it bounce once, and then catch it.

Some of Hugo's past games:
Follow me!!!! - Hugo uses his charms to try to lure people into going upstairs where most of his favorite games are played. He rolls around on the floor trying to entice you to pet him, but as soon as you get close enough he chirps and prances away (tiny steps!), only to roll around some more to keep you following him. Eventually he chirps and runs up the stairs.
Things under things - We flattened big sheets of brown packing paper on the floor, and the cats attacked them and put holes in them. The game was Bill had to put the feather teaser under the paper, so it made scratchy noises and you could only see it through the holes. Then Hugo would pounce.
Boat Ride - Hugo would get in the lid of a box and expect to be dragged/pushed around the room. Linus never understood boat rides and would just walk off the thing.
GET YOU THROUGH THE HOLES - Hugo sits in the laundry basket and expects toys, fingers, and Linus paws to come at him through the holes in the side, which he will attack.
The Flying Game - any of the teaser toys, he'll chase them and wants you to pull it up in the air at the last second so he can jump at it. This is the game he expects me to play.

I don't know that my cats really have games, unless you count "Try to pull the felt off Greg's dartboard until Greg hisses at us"

Muna's only real game is hide and seek except I'm the one who is supposed to hide and she has to find me and attack.

Last night I stuck my hand in the fish tank so the guppies would nibble it. We have so many guppies.

Try feeding them better. Brewers yeast in your pet's food will make his/her coat shinier.

This was lovely!  I also noticed you'd uploaded a bootleg of one of my favorite movies, "caliban tongue".

Lola hides under a blue ikea bag that we use as a laundry basket and jumps out at everything that walks by.  The dog is really afraid of blue ikea bags now.

Jeb, I think a good puppy would be a good gift!

In other news, I'm grateful that my little boy and my cat get along so well...

That's such a good photo!

I just brought Caliban Party Ghost back from the vet, who once again cooed about what a beautiful cat he is.  I was like, "Are we looking at the same little jackass, here?"

That is a beautiful cat, kadie. I don't think I've seen such a pattern on a cat's face. Does the white fur meet around the chin to completely circulate his mouth?

Oh yeah, babby is also cute and all.

yessss I hope this is my future

Yesterday the babby was doing some E. Honda Street Fighter II hundred hand slaps move in the lower left of my guts. This morning, Linus got in bed with me and was snuggling my belly and had his little purring head resting on the spot where the hits were happening. It was cute.

Aw!  My cats just used to try to sit on my belly, and I'd kick them off.  How far along are you now, mc?

24 weeks! Linus also kneads me a little, like I'm just a giant pillow to him now. It's pretty awesome. He'll be a great mommy.

It's M's birthday on Saturday, and while I didn't get her a puppy, I did get her some puppy books, and a hand-drawn coupon: IOU one puppy.

Welp, Caliban's out like half his teeth now.  I haven't gotten to look inside the mouth yet, but I bet it's gruesome!

I think probably not?  He still has his front teeth, and three of his fangs, but most (all?) of the back ones are gone.

Apparently, he needed to have so many more removed than the vet anticipated, that he was there until well past closing time.  I live right by the vet's office, though, so they were like, "Well, the doctor can just drop him off when he's done."

So at 9:30 PM last night, I got my woozy cat delivered to me like a pizza.
