Dawg I am really impressed that you are able to find more bad things about the entire policy spectrum of the American government than you are about a single old crank with borderline-psychotic domestic policy positions that he will thankfully never have the opportunity to enact, but seriously I'm still waiting for you to google the 14th Amendment.

I'm fairly confident that Babar is extremely racist. I bet he doesn't have a single black friend.

The 17th amendment changed the balance of power between the federal and the states, in favor of the federal government. Somehow you spin being against it into being a white supremacists. Then Iggy calls me racist. I'm willing to talk about issues and policies even if you all disagree with me but I'm not gonna bother with these lowball discussions.

That's why I called it "dog-whistle" white supremacism, Babar. You can certainly be against the 17th Amendment for non-racist (but still dumb) reasons, but basically the only groups in the United States who make the 17th Amendment an issue are sovereign citizen groups. And the combination of anti-14th Amendment, anti-17th Amendment, anti-Fed, and pro-gold-standard? Well, maybe you should move out to rural Idaho and start stockpiling weapons

And I'm pretty sure Iggy was being sarcastic, bruh.

This may as well go in here as a LOLberals thing, because I just went on the most humiliating protest of my life. Thank god I was there to take pictures rather than chant. It was against state asset sales, which is a major political problem here atm. I’m not sure what the worst part was: the fact that people shouted over the politicians and unionists speaking up front, the woman screaming into the mic “John Key’s a poo! John key’s a poo!” or when Winston Peters (leader of NZ First, who whatever their other significant flaws have always been opposed to state asset sales) came to speak and an idiot activist up front turned off the mic because apparently he had been ‘lied to’ in an email about Winston speaking, and got booed by the crowd. I shouted at him afterwards for that. The whole thing was like a parody of crazy lefties. The corporate media is going to have a field day, and I’m on their side this time. Good god.

I like that the GOP is choosing to take a stand on contraception. Guys, there is literally nothing more popular than consequence-free sex.  Nothing.

CPAC is the beeeeeest

http://2012.talkingpointsmemo.com/2012/02/professional-pick-up-artist-teaches-cpac-crowd-how-to-run-game.php

Quote
“‘I was thinking about how sexy it would be to kiss you,’” world renowned pickup artist Wayne Elise told a group of young Rick Santorum fans. “You can say that [to a girl], it’s cool.”

Quote
By far the biggest question on participants’ mind was whether true bipartisan love was possible. On this point, there was some surprising optimism in the room: Andrew Simon, a blogger for African American GOP site “HipHopRepublican.com,” suggested it might even be easier.

“You save yourself form those godawful dates where you see someone and they’re both conservatives and it becomes one giant pecking contest to see who has the coolest contacts,” he said. The audience wasn’t sold, though. “DC,” one muttered dismissively.

Quote
“The problem with conservatives on dating: we’re too uptight!” he said. “Liberals have the reputation for being fun, we have to go on the date and have fun without smoking pot.”

Is bipartisan love possible? Are any of the hot girls you know bipartisan?

Quote
2. On dates, “try to outlaw questions,” Elise said, prompting some quizzical looks from participants. “Say ‘I’m not going to do any questions, I’m going to make statements.’ Why? Because statements say something about you.”

Eh? Who pre-emptively decides on their speaking patterns to this degree?
