Well, on the fourth mixtape I tried I finally found a song I liked ('Hugh Hefner' on Red Flame), but that is still may not be enough. I'm sure you guys will still stay positive on my behalf.

On the whole I'm just not into it. That one hit a note of ridiculous I could appreciate, probably cause I struggle to see how anyone could in earnest want to immitate Hefner. The other songs he normally just sounds like a young boy pretending.

Hugh Hefner's OK in my book because he discovered Shel Silverstein. Though that's probably not what Lil B's got in mind.

Oh, sure, that's not on Red Flame, though.

Personally I'm partial to "Swag Jerry Rice" as far as the celebrity songs go, though.

Seriously based tonight doing the same. Recording a tribute documentary song to the Based God tomorrow. It's at some fancy 1 million dollar studio out on the hills that overlooks the city. The producer is doing it for free because he likes folk punk/my songs. A bunch of friends are coming out to do group vocals. A lot of people here in Austin think I am crazy. So excited.

It'd be kinda cool and based if you guys wanted to send lofi recordings of yourselves doing vocals for the end of the song ("if the world won't fit you in, you have to make your own space")

trust me, finkel, you don't want my vocals. people always say - oh, you can't be that bad. and then they have to admit that they were wrong.

I just noticed on the bus that Lil B shouted out Wiz Khalifa on "Let The Eagles Go."  I hadn't caught it previously because when 6 Kiss came out nobody really cared about Wiz Khalifa at all.  Not like I do now, but he's famous and shit.
