Dudes I used to get 22-27 on the Wii Fitness ALL THE TIME. I think I got 55 last time I did it because I hadn't played in almost 2 months.

Oh crap dudes, my roommate got a job at the bread store downstairs and she just came home from her first day with two loaves of bread. One is chdder garlic and the other I think is old-fashioned white. It looks like the free bread is going to be flowing like wine. As if they didn't give us enough bread already.

That's fucking awesome. When I worked at the bagel shop they'd let me take home as much as I wanted at the end of the day. Some days I'd go home with like three dozen bagels and that'd be my food for the week.

One of the few things I hate about living alone is that there's no one here on days like today when I need a back rub. I slept funny last night and have had a twinge in my back all day in a spot that I can't quite stretch on my own.

I was watching a story on the BBC the other day about those eco-chaps boarding the Japanese whaling ships.

The reporter was called Jonah Fisher.

Thank you world.

I'm 18 years old and I have no idea how to use chopsticks.

Granted, I've only been given a reason to try once or twice in my life now, but it's still silly.

Could be worse. You could be 40.

They taught me at my neo-liberal hippie preschool at about age 5.

today I've eaten 2 pieces of 4 day old chocolate cake and 2 pieces of 3 day old chicken pizza.

Why do I revert back to 18 years old when the gf leaves town?

Here's what you do. Get two used tennis balls (or any moderately soft balls about that size, the ones I keep around are rubber). Lie down on your back with the balls just on either side of your spine at your neck. Very slowly roll yourself along the balls, stopping wherever there's stress or tightness in your back. By very slowly, I mean I take at least 20 minutes when my back is sore to go from my neck to my butt. It's not as exciting as somebody else massaging ya, but it's pretty effective.

And I was trying to be careful, too, since I was well aware I was talking about my balls. Ah, well.

I didn't learn how to properly use chopsticks until I moved to Korea when I was 23.  Seriously, could barely pick anything at all up with them.  Now I'm a pro!  What I'm saying is, move to Asia.  Do it!  Smile

So the gf totally got selected for a jury; lasting until at least next Tuesday.  Ugh.  Her work was still going to pay her for today; but I don't know about the rest.

Man, I find it straight-up hilarious that the most useful resource to me for one of my classes is YouTube.
