Last Monday morning, I wrote down a stray thought about something I’d heard on the radio; the next thing I knew, I was keeping a record of everything I listened to during the week. I had almost as much fun keeping this What I Played diary as I did playing the actual records themselves. I hope some of the pleasure I took in documenting my listening habits is reflected in the piece itself.

There probably won’t be an update next week, as we will be buried under several feet of dust. There will, however, be an update on the 21st. We’ll see you then.
