Here's a fable for my boys standin' out on 3rd and B'way out in L.A., doin' what they gotta do to survive every day all day. Once a long time ago, like at least six years back, 10,000 white guys talkin' about hip-hop come to a consensus regarding what the game is actually really for-true all about, and they give birth (don't ask) to an invisible crew called the Hegemonics. Since the Hegemonics are one of the first crews ever to bust out on the block, the have the luxury of being able to write down some of the rules themselves. Rule #1?
