I gather that his style is somehow related to house music; I’d call it either “haunted house” or “airport house” if I was the guy who got to choose, though “slaughter house” would certainly be in the running. It’s an electronic record is what it is: no vocals, no live instruments, real steady dynamics from song to song. No title. No track listing. It doesn’t tell you much about how you’re supposed to take it. But the overall feel -- ooooh, God, it gives me the willies. |
