Bold words, yes. Everybody is always promising to take the listener’s
ass and move it this way or that, or to kick it so hard that the bruise
is still showing weeks later. All these other people can speak for
themselves, I guess; they’re not my subject. All I know is that
you had better guard that ass when Dark Tranquillity’s Damage
Done starts playing, because Damage Done has got unholy
plans in mind for its defenseless cheeks. One minute, you’ll
be enjoying minor-scale melodic guitar work that zips angrily through
mid-tempo crash-boom quasi-operatic rock numbers, and the next you’ll
have no ass. Don’t believe me, buy the album. We got the promo
