Here’s what’s going on. Five guys from Sweden are lipsynching to a song they wrote. Space is tight, so the two guitarists are seated next to each other cheek-to-jowl behind the RV’s kitchenette table while the bassist sits by himself in a chair by the left rear window. The drummer is sitting on the edge of a bunk bed above the rest; he’s tall, so he has to lean his head over a little to keep it from hitting the ceiling. Our view is the view we’d have if we were standing at the far rear of the vehicle looking straight ahead toward the windshield. Standing front and center and staring directly into the camera lens, his face held in a menacing expression hinting very subtly of comic self-awareness, gripping a red Bic ballpoint and ready to rock, is singer Jens Kidman.
