relating to the colossal failure of Invincible or 2) An attempt to somehow simultaneously turn his alleged armies of fans against Sony, the label that releases his albums, while simultaneously spurring sales of his albums on said label; in the face of such logic, the mind fairly reels or 3) An attempt to set the stage for contract renegotiation, which attempt begins from the illusory position that the legal obligation to release and promote further Michael Jackson albums is somehow a great privilege rather than a nearly unbearable burden or 4) An attempt, through the unlikely medium of a press conference held in Harlem on an unbearably hot weekend in July, to spirit Dada away from the schoolrooms and the art galleries and to thrust it into the harsh glare of the cameras & klieg lights where it belongs |
